Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training is a vital component of any workplace wellbeing strategy. Our MHFA England accredited course equips employees with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to identify signs of mental ill-health and offer immediate, on-site support to colleagues in need. Participants will learn how to recognise

when someone is struggling, how to approach and assess the situation, and how to provide effective support. Upon successful completion, delegates will receive an official MHFA England certificate, recognising them as accredited Mental Health First Aiders.
