Men’s Health Matters: What Really Counts – and When to Take Action

Over three-quarters of men (77%) say they’ve experienced anxiety, stress or depression - but 40% have never told anyone about it.

This ‘Movember’, join wellbeing specialist Ross Abbott for an engaging and down-to-earth discussion on how men approach their health and the role we can all play in changing the conversation. From breaking down harmful myths to learning how to check in and offer meaningful support, this talk will equip you with the understanding and tools to make a real difference.

Whether you’re supporting a friend, family member, colleague, or focusing on your own wellbeing, you’ll discover how small actions can open up honest conversations and help create safer spaces.

Talk Duration: About 35 minutes, plus time for questions and answers.
