Imposter Syndrome: How to Break the Cycle of Self-Doubt at Work
A live webinar from Thrive4Life
Ever feel as though everyone else knows what they’re doing – while you’re quietly questioning whether you’re good enough?
Imposter feelings can affect even the most capable professionals, particularly in fast-paced, high-performing workplaces. They can make us hold back in meetings, overprepare for presentations, avoid new opportunities or dismiss our successes as luck.
Join Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist Mirella Genziani for a science-backed lunchtime talk exploring what drives imposter feelings and why confidence doesn’t always match capability. Discover practical ways to break the cycle of self-doubt, quieten your inner critic and reclaim your confidence at work.
Webinar duration: About 30 minutes, plus time for questions and answers.
