Book a Nurse-Led Breast & Chest Self-Check Education Session

Thrive4Life are hosting confidential 1:1 breast/chest awareness education sessions throughout October. These 20-minute consultations provide you with the knowledge, confidence, and reassurance to make regular self-checks a lifesaving habit.

Sessions take place at the Thrive4Life Wellbeing Centre in the Lloyd's building, Lime Street, City of London.

Do you have a Booking Code?

The employers below are sponsoring our Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign and have chosen to supply a number of educational breast/chest self-check sessions for their employees. If you company is shown below then your employer may have provided a 'Booking Code' for you to book a session free of charge. These sessions are available on a first come, first served basis and places are limited by the number your company has purchased.

If your company are not paying for these sessions, you can still purchase a session yourself. The cost is £65.

Each session includes:

• ✔ Pre-consultation questionnaire on health, habits, and concern.
• ✔ Discussion on breast/chest health and the importance of self-checks.
• ✔ Hands-on learning with silicone model containing palpable and harder-to-detect lumps.
• ✔ Guidance on warning signs and next steps.
• ✔ Discussion of family history, screening, and HRT.

Important note: This is an educational session to teach and build confidence in breast self-checks. It is not medical screening and does not replace NHS breast screening or other clinical checks, which should always be attended. Medical screening uses specialist equipment such as mammograms or ultrasounds.
