Employee Health Checks – "Know Your Numbers"

We offer quick 15-minute promotional health checks for employees to equip them with knowledge of key health statistics (e.g. blood sugar level, BMI and cholesterol) and promote awareness about common physical wellbeing issues.

Health checks empower staff to understand their level of general health and fitness and discover any potential risks or issues they may have. The checks are quick and easy, and the results are confidential and available instantly to your employees. Our Health Professionals will furthermore provide recommendations to employees on how they can improve their results.

Our Mini Health Check will make the perfect addition to promotional events, or alternatively as a regular in-house service offered to workers as part of your employee wellbeing strategy. We also provide the option of a longer 20-minute Health Check for more detailed assessments.
