Injury Prevention Training Solutions

MHFA England Recommend Mental Health First Aiders Attend a Refresher Training Course Every Three Years.

How often do you update your team’s First Aid training?

Do you treat their Mental Health First Aid skillset in the same way?

If it’s been more than three years since you or members of your team trained as a Mental Health First Aider, it might be time to book onto one of our 4-hour MHFA England accredited Refresher Training Courses.

This is the perfect course for anyone who feels they need to refresh their MHFA skillset and consolidate and expand upon previous learnings.

We run public courses (open to a mixture of delegates from different companies) and private courses (for delegates just from your organisation).

What Are the Objectives of Our Mental Health First Aid Refresher Training Course?

Delegates will:

  • Refresh and update their knowledge of mental health in the workplace, renewing the skills they need to provide effective support.
  • Have the opportunity to practise applying the Mental Health First Aid action plan.
  • Benefit from improved confidence, which allows them to perform their role safely and effectively.

Course Format:

  • This is a live online Mental Health First Aid Refresher Training Course based on MHFA England’s MHFA Refresher course.
  • Delegates will attend a 4-hour, half-day training session hosted on the MHFA England Online Learning Hub.
  • This training course will consist of presentations from instructors, activities, and opportunities for group discussion.
  • All sessions are led by an MHFA England-qualified instructor.
