Martin Anderson is a communications consultant, coach and endurance runner who turned a personal health journey into a passion for long-distance running.
In 2019, aged 48, Martin set out to improve his health and fitness. Since then, he has lost 30kg and completed more than a dozen ultramarathons, running distances from 50km to over 100 miles.
Drawing on lived experience and countless miles on the road, Martin shares what he’s learned about resilience, mindset, and staying motivated through life-changing physical challenges.
