Karen Liebenguth is a highly experienced expert on managing stress and anxiety. She is an accredited master coach with 15 years of experience offering life coaching and executive coaching to both individual and corporate clients, including the likes of Kew Gardens, Deloitte, and Ford. Karen works as a professional coach on a one-to-one basis and with corporate groups, helping people to develop practical skills in building resilience and good mental health that supports their busy working lives.

Around 30 minutes with time for Q&A session afterwards.
