- Working from home can lead to increased levels of inactivity. The webinar will include practical examples of stretches and exercises, designed to improve mobility and reduce discomfort.
Your speaker: Emma McDonald is an experienced physiotherapist providing treatment and management of musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, and spinal injuries. Emma also specialises in providing Display Screen Equipment Workstation Assessments, and has done so for over 20 years, with a special interest in health and wellbeing in relation to homeworking.
